Q: Who are we?
A: We are family tree researchers, historians, and genealogy enthusiasts representing every branch of our family tree. This project is made possible due to the diligent and hard work of every researcher; past and present. This is OUR family tree.
Q: Why is our family tree website titled "All in the Family Tree Research"?
A: When we first started building our family tree on Ancestry in 2009 we gave it the title All in the Family Jones/Murray Tree because we were researching ALL branches of our family tree and not just one or two. We worked diligently to include all of our great grandparents and their siblings, spouses and children, and their spouses and children, and their spouses and children, and so on. When we started the website in 2015 we wanted something that would be easy for all of our family members to remember and keeping the name similar to our family tree name seemed appropriate. The shorter .com address we wanted was not available, so we went with the longer but very easy to remember.
It's like All in the Family merged with Family Tree Research...

Q: Have you located all of our great grandparents?
A: With over 14,000 family members currently in our family tree we have located many of our great grandparents as far back as the 1600s and the founding of our great country. While others continue to elude us around the mid 1800s. (Some of the surnames we are having the most difficult time with are Jones, Burt, Mickelson, Rice, Glugowski, and Weiss.)
Q: Have you located all of the veterans in our family tree?
A: Not yet, but our ultimate goal is to document and honor every ancestor who has served our country. Just when we think we have found them all, we discover another military service record for a family member we did not have before.
Q: Can I print, copy, or add your family tree information to my own family tree, newsletter, or website?
A: NOT YET! Our research continues on a daily basis which means our pages will be updated regularly and should not be copied. You are welcome to print pages for your own personal use, or provide a link to our pages, but please check back here for updates.
